Nigeria’s first stage
musical premiered in May 2013. It has been a beautiful journey of song, dance,
drama and timeless fashion ever since. At the behest of the Lagos State
Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, Kakadu returned to the MUSON in December
after a successful run at the Calabar Festival, and then on to the World
Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland as Nigeria’s export to the world. Kakadu’s
performance is ever stellar, thus earning them a FESTINA Award by NANTAP
(National of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners). Kakadu showcased at the
Africa Magic Veiwership Choice Awards, and is billed to tour the world.
