Lagos Premiere of ‘On Bended Knees’

The premiere of the drama film, On Bended Knees, took place last Sunday (May 5, 2013) at Silverbird Cinemas, Ikeja, Lagos. On Bended Knees was produced by Emem Isong and Chioma Akpotha. It was directed by Lancelot Imasuen, and it stars Chioma Akpotha, Chet Anekwe, and Seun Akindele. Also in the movie are Francis Onwochei, Sylyia Oluchy, Memory Savanhu, and Chukwudi Orji. The premiere was attended by several Nollywood stars, as well as members of the cast of the movie. Some of those present at the premiere were Chioma Akpotha, Seun Akindele, Ini Edo, Rita Dominic, Emem Isong, Majid Michel, Omoni Oboli, Susan Peters, and OC Ukeje.

Blackberry Announces The BlackBerry Q5 for Emerging Markets

The start of the BlackBerry Live 2013 annual conference today in Orlando, USA, saw the announcement of the BlackBerry Q5 - a QWERTY device for emerging markets.

The Blackberry Q5 revolves around a 3.1-inch touchscreen and one of BlackBerry's classic physical QWERTY keyboards, which they are so proud of. The screen has an unusual resolution of 720 x 720px - the same as on the Q10, but this time it's an LCD unit. Inside the BlackBerry Q5 there's a dual-core 1.2Ghz CPU and 8 gigs worth of storage. There's a microSD slot to expand that, but the battery is not removable.
