Producer Philip George In Search For ‘Africa’s Best’

One of the most
respected Renowned Producer, accomplished pianist, music director, artist,
vocal coach in the music industry today is on mission as he preps for the
biggest music competition show in the US – “Africa’s best.” Here is a chance
for artists in diaspora to showcase their talent to win $10,000.00 in cash, a
recording deal and the Ultimate title of AFRICA’S BEST.
Philip George has
worked with artists including Juanita Bynum, Ron Kenoly, Maysa, Bishop Tudor
Bismark, Kirk Whalum, Kingsley Ike, Sammie Okposo, Juanita Contee, Hope Davies,
Sonnie Badu, Segun Obe, Uche Agu, Midnight Crew, Lara George, amongst
others. He is also the CEO of PR Records that signed delectable gospel singer
with a unique fashion sense – Anu.
Starting this
September 2013, tens of thousands of dreamers of Africa Descent from United States
will have the opportunity to audition for a shot at the international
Limelight. The show’s judges will travel across 8 States which includes
Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, New York, and
Philadelphia in search for the next AFRICA’S BEST. The competitors will be
narrowed down to a selected group of semifinalists who will sing their hearts
out each week in front of a studio audience and television viewers.
The judges which
include multiple award-winning gospel musician SONNIE BADU have
their say after every performance, but the final say goes to the public, who
will ultimately call in, Text Message, and Vote Online to determine who will
advance to each following round, and who will go home. The Results for each
competition sessions will be announced during the following night’s broadcast.
As the competitors
will all be narrowed down to the last two finalists, they will sing it out to
win a huge recording deal, $10,000.00 in cash, a RECORDING DEAL, and more and
the ultimate title of AFRICA’S BEST – which will be sure to spark publicity in
households around the world.
