Roc Nation. This news was was made official and was announced on TIDAL. The
footage shows the 21-year-old Savemoney co-founder meeting with Jay
Z and signing his deal.

Kwesi Mensah aka Vic Mensa, born to a Ghanaian father, Edwar Mensah and
an American mother, Betsy Mensah in born in Chicago, Illinois. Vic
Mensa is also founder of the hip-hop collective SAVE MONEY with
frequent collaborator Chance The Rapper.
