TVC RATTLES LABI LAYORI, GETS CO-HOSTESS FOR LAUNCH SPLASH

There are indications
popular Television Continental’s (TVC) Entertainment Splash presenter, Labi
Layori may not present the prime time programme today. The management has found
a new presenter, a female, simply known as AJ. AJ who co-presented
THE HEADIES on Red carpet for the TV station a fortnight ago, according to
reliable sources would as from today alternate the presentation of the
programme that has hosted several entertainment personalities with Labi on a
daily rotation. Though no official reasons have been announced.
This new development
did not seem to go down well with Labi who did not find it funny.
Shortly before she closed the programme on Thursday, she was directed to
announce AJ as the hostess of the programme for today.
Update:
As reported, AJ hosted the show and her guest was Stuntkid, an upcoming hip-hop
act with calls from viewers who asked after Labi, their favorite hostess.
Not once or twice, AJ, modestly replied that ‘she has gone to see the
Queen.’ Though the guest was very dull and not forthcoming, opinions were
divided on AJ’s debut performance. On Twitter, pretty Labi with 26,971
