D’Banj dominates winner’s list at 2012 Channel O Music Video Awards [Pictures]

The 9th Annual Channel O Music Video Awards, brought to you by DStv and DStv Mobile, delivered 14 winners at a glitz-filled evening that more than made the case for Africa being the hottest thing on planet music right now. The awards was hosted by Bonang Matheba & Choc city's rapper Ice Prince.
Headlining  the winner’s list was Nigerian superstar  and Koko master himself D’Banj who capped home the most anticipated award of the night Most Gifted Video of the Year for his hit tune, Oliver Twist.



 The 2011 Special Recognition recipient took home the fiercely contested award for Most Gifted Male Video.

Omo baba olowo Davido took home the award Most Gifted New Comer of the Year – for his massive hit, Dami Duro, P Square once again proved to be a Channel O Music Video Awards favourite: the twins won the Most Gifted Duo, Group or Featuring Video for the third time for Chop My Money featuring Akon and May D. Choc Boy BrymO also won Most Gifted AfroPop
