Chris Brown Tests Positive For Marijuana During Probation

He can’t seem to get out trouble; can he? Well chris breezy is in the news again.

Chris Brown has been on the up and up as his probation hearings with the judge. But after today's hearing, the "Don't Judge Me" singer was found to have marijuana in his system after a drug test.

After taking an ordered drug test in Virginia, Judge Patricia Schnegg in L.A. revealed today that Chris Brown tested positive for marijuana. In order to keep with the terms of his 5-year-probationary period, illegal drugs like weed just aren't allowed. The Judge told a silent Chris in court today:

"You are not an average person sitting in a living room. You are not only in the public eye, but you are on probation."

There was no repercussion given at the time of the hearing, but the Judge did order an additional hearing in November to review various probation records. Rihanna tweeted words of support saying
