Rumour Rumour Rumour!!!! How true is this??? But according to
sources, Nicki Minaj has been offered $200,000 (N31 Million) to perform at
Calabar Carnival festival in Nigeria. It was created as part of the vision of
making the Cross River State in Nigeria, the number one tourist destination for
Nigerians and tourist all over the world. Can this be true????
